Terms & conditions

General

These general conditions are an integral part of all electronic MHS bvba sales agreements and shall have priority over the contracting party's general purchasing conditions. Visitors to this site declare to be of age and not to take offence at the content of this website. They release MHS bvba from any direct, indirect and/or incidental damage that could result from the use of this website or the use of the products on offer. They note that all information is provided without guarantees and may be changed periodically.

Purchase

The agreements shall take effect when the order has been accepted.If, for any reason, MHS bvba cannot complete the order, the contracting party will be informed accordingly as soon as possible, without the latter being able to claim any kind of damages.

Warranty

MHS bvba offers the same warranty that is offered by the manufacturers of each item.

Ownership

Goods shall remain the property of MHS bvba as long as the contracting party has not paid the total price of the goods.

Delivery

Delivery shall be maximum 21 days after receipt of payment, except for products that are not yet available. They will be dispatched when issued. The contracting party shall not be able to claim damages for late delivery at any time.

Complaints

Complaints, including all grievances with respect to the supplied goods and/or invoice can only be validated by the contracting party by written notification addressed to MHS bvba, Haachtsesteenweg 234, 1910 BERG, Belgium, within eight days of receipt of the goods.

Price

Prices quoted by MHS bvba are inclusive of VAT. If the contracting party is not based in the country of dispatch, he/she shall be responsible for import duties. Postage will be charged on all deliveries. All goods shall be sent 'cash on delivery' or following prior transfer of the amount due.

Methods of payment

The contracting party shall pay the agreed price. He/she can pay 'cash on delivery' (*) or opt to pay the total price by transfer. In the case of the latter the order will only be dispatched when the total amount due has been paid into our account. (*) Cash on delivery is only possible in Belgium.

Product returns

If the contracting party rejects the purchase, he/she shall return the goods by registered post, in its unopened original packaging and within 7 working days of the day following delivery, to MHS bvba, Haachtsesteenweg 234, 1910 BERG, Belgium. Refunds will be made by MHS bvba subject to these conditions and providing the products are returned undamaged and sealed.

Belgian legislation shall apply, subject to the authority of the courts in Leuven.

We respect the privacy of all customers and visitors.

We strictly observe all relevant legislation and in particular the privacy act of 8th December 1992.
